Request Franchise Information

Initial Inquiry: Begin by filling out the online franchise information form available under the Request Info tab. This helps us understand your background and interest.

Initial Contact: Our franchise representative will contact you to review your information, discuss our program, and answer any initial questions.

Documentation: If we mutually agree to proceed, we will provide you with our Franchise Application, an electronic copy of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), and a Background and Credit Check approval form.

Submit Franchise Information

Complete Application: Fill out and submit the Franchise Application, including a personal financial statement. You may use your own form if it meets our detailed requirements.

Financial Proof: Provide proof of your liquid assets (recent broker or bank statements) and copies of the first two pages of the Federal Tax Returns for each principal involved.

Schedule a Personal Meeting in Your Area

Review Meeting: We will meet with you in your market to review your application, the FDD, and your business plan. This includes a detailed review of your financial statements and an assessment of your financial strength and business plan viability.

Interview with Our Senior Management Team

Senior Management Meeting: If both parties agree to move forward, we will schedule an interview with our senior management team. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and meet individually with managers from our franchise team. This also includes a tour of local Jimmy’s Egg restaurants and a review of the development process.

Sign Your Area Development and Franchise Agreements

Agreement Signing: Upon mutual consent to proceed, you will sign the Area Development Agreement and the Franchise Agreement for your first store. The address for the first store will be filled in once the site is identified and approved. The franchise agreement outlines your territory and contractual obligations.

Site Selection

Location Review: Choosing the right location is crucial. A Jimmy’s Egg representative will tour potential sites with you and review our formal site criteria with you and your broker. A site application form will be submitted for approval.

Build and Equip Your Store

Store Design: We assist with the store layout and design, providing an architectural prototype plan. Customizing the plan for your specific location will be at your expense.

Equipment Procurement: We work with an equipment consolidator to leverage national account buying power, reducing costs and coordinating equipment delivery when the restaurant is ready.

Open Your Store - It’s Time to Celebrate!

Management Training: Conducted six to eight weeks before the grand opening, ensuring you are prepared.

Opening Support: You will receive a New Store Opening Manual with a detailed checklist. Our training and operations staff will provide continuous support, and our training team will be on-site during the opening week to ensure a smooth launch.
